Overcomer in You

John 16: 33 Jesus said, In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”He wasn’t pulling any punches when he said in this world you shall have tribulations. As our world gets more complex so does just living and surviving. Jesus was preparing us for our daily doses of traffic, work stress, family and financial problems. While on earth he said you’ll have them. He also said “be of good cheer. What? …happy in the midst of problems? Yes, it’s possible if we remember he said “I have overcome the world. No matter what problem life throws at you, The one who overcame with his death and resurrection now lives in you to empower you to be an overcommer too. Rejoice, you have everything you need inside you. Faith in your heart and the overcoming power of Jesus living inside you. This is pastor Roy, you are more than a conqueror!
